You can conditional format any cell in Google Sheets as follows;
Right click >> View more cells >> Conditional formatting
Select “add another rule”
Here you can add the rule you need;
Here you can use already defined formulas or you can create a custom formula. We are arranging here the formula that it will check if the cell selected is less than 7, it will change fill color to red and change font color to white.
