Go to https://myaccount.google.com/personal-info
Go to “General Preferences for the Web”

Select “Language”
Here you can change the prefferred languge;

For some of the languages there are more than one countries you can select. So don’t confuse, you can change to that language according to country is is spoken. It may be shown as faded “select” at that time;
For example for German you can select these countries;

And “select” is faded till you select country.
Select the country and go on.

If you are struggling to query your date in an excel sheet, you can use index(match()) formula to lookup. Unlike vlookup or hlookup, index(match()) is more flexible and more roboust.
